Snake Boots & Squash Blossom

Snake Boots & Squash Blossom

Thanks Shoes of Prey for sponsoring this post!

When Shoes of Prey asked if I'd be interested in designing some of my own shoes to wear this spring, I said yes without hesitation. It's always been a dream of mine to design a line of clothes or shoes so the fact that Shoes of Prey lets you play designer is pretty damn cool. The best part? Anyone can do it! I especially love the diversity of sizes. They carry sizes 2-15, and most styles come in narrow, wide, or extra wide in addition to "regular" so you never have to worry about sacrificing style for comfort. Which, trust me, I've done many times.

So, how does it work? You pick your size and silhouette— obviously I went for boots because, well, I'm me— and design from there. You can pick the outer material, texture, and color as well as the inner lining. (I chose a blush pink!) You can even customize the heel, the materials on the side that make the book stretch to fit, and, to top it all off, you can get them inscribed with whatever you want. (Use my code "EMRICCHINI" to get it for free.)

Once you're done and they're all ordered, they'll arrive at your home in a beautiful cream-colored box with a personalized note. What's not to love about that?

What do you think? Ready to design your own? Let's do it.
