Dance Around The House

Self-care often eludes me. It's tough to focus on ways to "get happy" when there are more "practical" things that need to be done. What's my solution? Motivate myself to clean the house by dancing it out. (You know, sometimes you just need to punch dance out your rage.) 

It's not that I think it's possible to dance your way out of depression, but sometimes, cleaning the house while dancing around a bit makes it all go away for a little bit. (Uplifting, producing, and FREE. Yes, please.) I've sort of neglected self-care in all forms so you bet your ass I'll be using this playlist later this evening. Maybe I'll even cook dinner as well? Or maybe a TJ's microwavable Pad Thai... baby steps, friends.
