A Floral Pantsuit For A Nashville Brunch

Hey y'all! (That was my best Nashville impression-- how did I do?) My BFF and I just got back from a road trip to Nashville and Richmond. It was a whirlwind, sort of this last-minute idea that we forced to happen. I'd say it turned out quite well.

I don't usually try to match my surroundings when I travel-- because why wouldn't I just stamp "mega-tourist!" on my forehead instead?-- but when it came to brunch in Nashville, I went full-on floral pantsuit. That's somewhat southern, right?

Zara pantsuit (blazer + trousers)   |   ASOS bralette (similar)   |   H&M shoes (similar)   |   Prada bag (similar under $175)

So I had that best intentions of blogging throughout the trip. I brought my camera, my computer, more clothing choices than I needed, and... forgot my MacBook charger. Such is life. Anyway, let's talk about lunch. We ate at Le Sel, which was very well-decorated and my avocado toast was HUMONGOUS, so I obviously can't complain. I didn't do it on purpose but I kinda coordinated with the decor, which definitely helped me transcend to a next-level brunch experience.

After brunch, we headed over to Crema (one of my favorite coffee shops in Nashville, which is saying a lot!) to meet a friend. We were there a little earlier than we intended (because Nashville doesn't have the same out-of-control traffic that Philly does) and took some photos. We thought this garage made for an interesting and somewhat editorial backdrop until we realized it wasn't as derelict as we thought and there were people inside of it. Oops, kind of embarrassing but I guess that's just "blog life?"

Zara, floral, blazer, trousers, pink, pantsuitHope you all have a great Wednesday!
